Tears reflecting in the sunset look like scarlet drops of blood
I don’t mean to go all Edger Allen Poe, but that's just how I feel
How is it you can be more alone in a crowd then when your by yourself?
I'm drowning in a sea of faces, part of a faceless crowd
Screaming to the heavens, screaming so loud
No one can hear me, no one in this faceless crowd
Fleeting years and silent fears, tears reflecting in the sunset
I am an individual, one of a kind, thus, alone
If you think about it though, were all on our own
To be alone is better then to play someone else’s game
However, it would be so boring if we were all the same

Tears reflecting in the moonlight look different and strange
Beautiful diamonds that are soon wiped away
The moonlight changes things, nothing is the same
It's all in the magic way
The moon and I are alike, in a subtle way
The moon is one of a kind, and even more alone then I
But it’s alright, He glows with a softer touch this his harsh sister sun
And wipes away the lonely tears when the day is done

Tears reflecting in the sunrise are quickly dried upon the face
All the kindred spirits revel in this space
Where the sun and moon collide, that is our place
The world of nature will sing and scream, take strength kindred sprits.
Thus joy your new born king
No, we are not alone, together we are strong
Yes, we are different, but that’s how we belong
We are individuals just like everyone

Tear reflecting in the full sun are soon banished from sight
Never to let the world ever see us cry
Remember, lonely spirit, no matter what they say
On the inside we are all the same
Rest now kindred spirits, they will learn, give them time
Everything is relative, or so goes the line.
But in the end it's all just truth or lies
My kindred spirits, no more tears from your eyes
Remember, it is us that makes the world grow wise.
